Not great.
5 miles @ 5:30, 5:20, 5:10, 5:00, 5:00
Turned into: 5:17 (no sense of pace, went out in 72), 5:16, 5:09, 4:59, then had to call it quits. I knew I was pretty tired going in, but I didn't think it would be that tough. I'm getting a lot more rest now that work has quieted down a bit, even got a nap yesterday. But the amount I've been sleeping (9+ hours) a night is indicative of how much I was in the hole. I feel overall strong, but not quite yet recovered.
