Easy 3 mile warm up down to Spruce and Winooksi.

Not a bad workout. I think the first one was fast because I went out hard trying to compensate for feeling tired. 2:49 was too fast for sure. The 5th interval should've been faster. I think on the flats I just kind of relaxed rather than push it. Oh well.
