Notes

Pretty good run. Last night I slept from around 11pm to 6 woke up and was thinking I would be up at that point, but then I fell back asleep around 6:45 and woke up at 9:15! So after all that rest I was ready to go for a run. I was pretty stiff at first and took about 3 miles to loosen up. Once I got up to CHS I was feeling great. I ran the trails for a bit and got turned around and wound up at the north end of Prim. The deer flies were ferocious so I think I went from running around 7:15 to 6:30 miles. I started rolling once I got on the roads and was feeling awesome up to the bike path and my pace dropped to 6:10. I started the 2 miles at up tempo around @ the RP bridge and was just flying. I ran 10:19 for those last couple miles feeling awesome then jogged up the hill. Woohoo!

This was a loooong week of being in the sun and running lots. I felt tired, but a good kind of tired, like more sleep would do the trick (and luckily I was able to keep up on sleep). Today's run was a big confidence booster.
