I was really hoping for a different workout. I decided to do a longer tempo so I could get in some quality pace but not have to run as fast. Wound up hitting about 5:20 pace which wasn't terrible given the icy/snowy conditions for chunks of it. The biggest disappointment was having to cut out the last mile (I was planning on a 4 mile tempo). So week #2 of disappointing running weeks and week #4 of lame weeks in total. Ready to start improving again...
