Notes

Wow, great run. First 5 in shoes, then barefoot. My hands got a bit cold - kind of wish I hadn't worn shoes the whole time. Felt super solid and relaxed until the last half mile then I got tired. Started around 1 after not really eating all day and hiking around with the family (I thought I'd run earlier and didn't want a full belly).
