Not my best race at all. Pretty tired from a week of really awful sleep and a tough workout on Thursday on UVM's upper track.I really thought I could hold 35s the whole race, but that was after my race last week and once I started to warm up it was pretty clear that my legs didn't have a whole lot of pop in them. I had 3 laps (11-13) that were 37s, which was where I pretty much lost track of my goal. So a disappointing race, but still very early in the season and without really any speedwork at the point. I've got about a month before my next race, so plenty of time to build the legs up with lots of speed work.
