Felt much better out of the gate today. 400m jog @ 24-hour pace :) in between intervals (except 200m after the first interval). It was a super windy day so I didn't really hit the paces I had intended on running. I think I was planning on something like 70s then adding 2.5s for each longer interval, but really just designed the workout on the way up to the track.
