What a bummer of a workout. 10x600 @ 1:40-1:45 with 400m recovery. I was feeling good after yesterday and thought I could string together a pretty decent workout, but that definitely didn't happen. I hit pace, but I felt pretty sluggish doing so. I'll call it the solo tax though. Jon Stanton-Geddes showed up and ran the first 200 or 400 with me on 4 of them and those were by far the easiest intervals. Oh how much easier it would be to have a crap day and just run at the back of a pack.
