Notes

Felt sooo good. After talking to Sam I think it switched something for me. I'm tired, but I'm also doing a lot of work to exhaust myself right now with 90+ miles, long and hard workouts, and a full life schedule. I just went out and ran at a relaxed comfortable pace and it wound up being around 6:20 pace. It didn't hurt and I was mentally able to focus throughout the run (I slept about 9 hours last night). I'm looking forward to the schedule for the next 5 days, I think it'll be the right mix of intensity and recovery.
