A mixed bag. I wound up switching the workout to a 3k, and while my time wasn't amazing, I was happy with the pacing. My legs kind of fell of so I slowed down a bit, but I was still able to keep a consistent effort felt steady and even.

My hope was to run around the same time I ran on Saturday but to do it running even splits and to feel relaxed doing that. I also didn't want to kick at the end or feel like this was an all out effort. My legs are toast, I'll be sleeping as much as possible and taking it as easy as possible for the next 10 days. There's time yet to get that fresh pop back.
