9x3min @ 5 minute pace, 90 sec rest.

This was a tough workout, but I wound up doing just fine with it. On interval 7 I actually thought I broke the treadmill because it felt like it was so easy. I skipped out on the last one for no good reason. More like I was super tired at that point and should have kept going, but Cedar got up from his nap and I used that as an excuse to cut it short. Bummer on that end, otherwise a solid effort.
