Not bad, not bad. Slept okay last night, but woke up feeling groggy and still sick. I mustered the energy to get out and do the workout early. It was rainy and windy, but the cool air felt nice.

1 mile cool down
I ran 74.5 for the first one and really felt strained. But after that they just got easier and easier. Was running 72s by the end. Closed in 71 then 70
