Blah. I was really aspiring to greatness this training cycle and today's effort was a big fat bummer. I already knew going in that I was running on tired legs, moreso than just my training should indicate. Everything else feels good, but I never was really able to feel like I was building strength this block. I kept feeling this lingering fatigue that 2 weeks of a pretty sharp taper should have staved off. I hadn't done any strength training either this go around and my arms felt tired swinging towards the end. Onward to the next go at a 5k PR.
