Notes

Ran up to UVM for a meeting then warmed up 1.5 miles.

6x 400m fast, 400 jog, 800m fast, 3 min jog (wound up being a 400m jog with a short rest before starting the interval)

I started fast, but 67 shouldn't be that far out of reach for this workout. At least I don't think. I didn't have much rest from Tuesday, so legs were tired but once I got going felt like I could keep the pace up. 12 intervals is a lot, and I went in hopeing to hit sub-70 then 2:25. It was pretty clear after the first one that I wasn't going to do that so I wanted to be 70/sub-2:30. I was somewhat close to that. We'll call this one a success.
