Left around 6pm. Weather was perfect. Ran the Fauble workout from last week, and what a world of difference again. Last week's workout was a big boost since I'd been feeling pretty banged up and like I'd taken a couple of steps back. Today was significantly better than last week. I felt sooooo easy and smooth on the tempo part of my run. Felt like my old self.
