Notes

Just flying along the lake front. Felt really strong and had to pull back (they don't have many mile markers, but I caught a 1/2 mile split at the half way point - 2:45). It felt really relaxed and easy which is a good sign. My hip was nagging by the end, but it's definitely a different pain than the original stress. Tomorrow off for recovery.
