Felt sooooo much better. Today didn't go exactly as I had planned. I initially thought I'd be out the door in the morning and then relax the rest of the day. Started pulling weeds and wound up doing hard work until about 4. Because I kept planning on running I didn't really eat except a few handfuls of trail mix and a couple kiwis that were still on the vine. I still felt a bit crummy last night, so not eating wasn't the worst thing. Felt surprising spry on my run and had to hold back to not go faster. I was hitting 6:10s on the bike path before jumping in the lake for a swim. Took it easy on Pearl.
