A real proper workout. Aiming for 8-10 x 800m @ 5:00 with 90s rest

10x800 @ 2:26 for the first one. Backed off and ran 2:28 for the rest except #7-9 were around 2:29/2:30

I've been sick with whatever Cedar had the last couple days and I hiked up Camel's Hump and slept like crap last night so given all that, I was really really happy with how the workout went. My legs were tired by the end and I don't know how many more 800s at that pace I had left in me. Feels nice to be back on the track and running fast again.
