Notes

This one was a struggle. 8 miles easy, but I just felt so tired. Didn't sleep much last night and I think coming off one of my longer weeks of training I just needed to cut it a bit short. I fell down on the ice yesterday and banged my knee pretty good, which was another good reason to go short.
