Did this from Richmond out on Nashville Road. Nice to not have the track to worry about exact pacing, went by effort. I was pretty fried from Sunday (I added a mile repeat after the time trial which was probably dumb), and my legs felt strained. The uphills were definitely tough, but I made it through, so a success.
