Notes

Had a half-interval / half-tempo vibe to it. And it was tough. I again had to do the workout early in the morning and I again had to poop part way through the work out. I had was pissed that I had to stop on the last one because I was right on pace. It was pretty remarkable how on pace I was. I ran 30 seconds per lap on virtually every single lap for 60 laps.

My legs definitely felt heavy at the end of the second one, which was the hardest to stay on pace for. But the 3rd one felt a bit more relaxed. By the end of it all I'm definitely feeling wiped.
