Felt pretty darn good despite the 95degree heat. It was a long day with shuttling cars for Adventurers, lots of time on my feet so nice to go easy. Looking forward to rest over the next couple of days. Wound up falling asleep at 9:30 and waking up at 6:30, so that was huge. Finished with 8x100 strides on the track with 100m rest in between.
