15x300m @ 85-90% w/ 90s jog between (+1 for champions)
I'd say I felt good, not great. It was a pretty easy workout and I probably could've done another 10 no problem, but I think if I pushed much past the 49s range I would've started to suffer pretty quick. I did a 16th interval at a faster pace, though not all out, which was fun to drop the pace a bit. That one felt easy.
