Crummy run. I felt a little sluggish and my stomach wasn't feeling that great when I started. Hit 1 mile in around 5:00, 2 at 10:04, 3 at 15:13. So slowed down, but it was considerably harder. Plus I had anticipated running a 10k. But I'm glad I cut it short, this week should be much easier.
