Notes

Today was not a fantastic run for my feet, but was otherwise a great run. I can always tell when I'm getting back into really strong shape when I can bounce back after 2 days off and feel ready for another week of workouts. I ran a big loop out to Van Sicklen and then back on River Road. There's a dumb rocky section that slowed my pace way down, but I kind of enjoyed the rest. I think this may have been my longest barefoot run ever, so that was cool.
