I wrote awhile back about a workout that it would be the one that would either make or break me. And I recovered and felt stronger than I've felt before. I feel like I'm again on that precipice, that this training block will either make or break me. But I only feel like there's one real possibility of what will happen. I feel tired and my legs feel pretty thin, like I don't have a lot more to give right now. But I also feel insanely strong. I felt all that tiredness before my run this morning and then I was out the door and felt light and springy. I was tired again this afternoon, but I also feel like a couple easy days and the tiredness will fade and I'll be left with just the strength. I've been doing everything right and it's put me in a great place to run a couple more awesome races this fall.
