Rough workout. I was feeling pretty wasted on energy after getting the vaccine last night. Slept 9 hours, elt low energy all day, took a nap, and still couldn't shake the grogginess. The workout went surprisingly well given the circumstances. I wound up calling it early

6x5min w/ 2 min recover.

Ran on the track. It was easy enough to do mile repeats instead of the 5 minute interval. I didn't get splits, was just going on feel, so not to bummed about the pacing. Windy days are always to tough to pin down the pace.
