Notes

Super cold and missed the morning workout so I decided to treat myself to a track workout. Felt so easy to go that fast, which makes me think that my expectations at 5:30, 2:30, 70 are too slow. Can't I remember a time of running 5 flat repeats? Felt easier than my workout of the same variety 2 weeks ago. Was also faster.
