Awesome workout on the track. Wanted to test out my legs before my 5k this week with something faster than Saturday so I did the following:

3 mile warmup

3 sets

2x1000 at 36s

1x400 at 68

3 mile cooldown

400m recovery jog for each interval. Feeling pretty ready to go.
