Notes
tired. ashley came over last night at one after andy left. woke up at 7:30 in the morning and started writing. finished my book then went over to garden a bit. went home and hung out with clay for a while then headed out on an exhausting fartlek. it was super hot and tiring and i'm feeling drained despite not running yesterday. i'm sick, i'm not sleeping enough, but i'm really happy and energetic otherwise. maybe the rains brought lots of litters of little rodents because the hawks have been out in full force these days.
