Why do I run: I run to help stay in shape, and because it is a fun, rewarding activity. I love to run at night, after a long hard day, and collect my thoughts. I also love running in the mornings to start the day off right. Then I don't feel quite as bad if I eat and drink too much during the day. Plus, I love the competition running provides you, between others or against yourself. |
