Notes

Not sure on time because I didn't bring my watch, but 4 miles on the dot. Took it short and slow but I felt pretty good. Ran around noon so it was pretty hot. The only things that are really sore are my feet, but my shoes are pretty old and now have a good hole in the R toe, so I am going to replace them this week. Probably going to adjust what I was going to do for training this week and make it a little easier since I am doing the Big 10 10K.
