Did an upper body workout with Forrest today.
3 x 10 + 5 (lateral DB raise/front raise)
3 x 10 + 5 (bench dips and back flick)
3 x 10 + 5 (incline Press + uneven pushups). Died on this.
5 x Pull-Up (Would not let me go with the band)
Bent Over Row + Standing Row.
Highlight of the workout was when my arms went noodly and the prospect of doing one pushup felt tremendous. Succeeded doing 1 and then Walker's music sang out loud "you're a champion," after which I promptly fell on my face laughing.
