Not going to type in everything into interval data. 15x200 at 3k pace.

Took a different mentality into this workout. Just thought about everything in terms of 3-rep sets and it flew by.
I felt really good today, just on cruise control. This is exactly the pace I need to be hanging at for the 3K and I feel like I have the pace effort on lockdown. I changed things up this week because I found out I got into grad school Monday night, so I celebrated a little and pushed my workout to today. However, after doing a longer run yesterday I thought I'd have a better time with the 200s than the 1K's. So I am going to push those to Friday.
So now I've built up to a race worth of 200s. I am now trying to think of what I will do the next couple weeks to carry everything home.
