Notes
6 x Mile w/ 3' recovery at 6200 feet on the path from Tahoe to Squaw. Squaw is the site of the 1960 Winter Olympics. The torch is still burning there which is a pretty neat site. Lots of recovery for this, but didn't really mind. Was unsure how I'd feel at altitude, but I felt fine. Still nobody out on the path which I suppose is nice, but it is a lonely out and back, however scenic it is. The third mile was downhill and into the Olympic village so I was feeling the Olympic spirit and grinding. The 5th mile was most difficult as it was primarily uphill, but it was fine. Good day, first 300 mile month.
