Notes

I was jogging around at practice yesterday and felt better than I have in a month, so I figured I'd give it a shot today. Ran 5x3' after a 10 minute walk warmup. Still had pain, but was more localized in the arch for the majority of it, so that did not worry. There was some in the heel still and more when I pushed on it, which is frustrating. I think that this being on hard surface didn't help.

Aerobically I don't feel terrible, the rest of my body felt good.

Hoping that I get recommended for some PT Tuesday after I see Henrichs
