New route with Justice. Hit up the sunflowers and secret tunnel in Stone Creek and then went out into the boonies and back on to the rail trail. Had a tough time getting into a rhythm at 7 minute pace. Felt like I had to work hard to maintain that pace. Things did not get better until the last ten minutes when he started tightening the screws and I just hung on.
