Notes

8x300 at 1500 pace with 2x recovery. Fastest was 51, slowest was 53 and everything was in-between. This was not meant to be a hard workout and I treated it the right way. I figured since I ran 4:40 indoors last year that that would be a good pace to shoot for. I never felt like I was pushing, my breathing never got out of control. I tried to just maintain pace and I think I did a good job with that. My back felt tight with the tight turns on the indoor track, but not bad enough to pull out or anything. Did hurdle mobility afterwards.
