@ the Armory, 5x5' w/ 1' Recovery. Did this at 6 after coaching the kids. Everyone I saw looked pretty good today. My hamstrings were pretty tight during this, which was a bit of a hindrance. This was kind of a weird workout. I didn't feel good, but I didn't feel bad. Still was right around 6:05-6:10 pace each rep and probably 6:00-6:05 the last two. I'll take it. Skipped the fast stuff after. Saw Butcher grinding out some 8s, he was running much faster than me.
