Notes

The workout was 4x7' t with 1 minute recovery. Jorg ran it with me. We did this on pre's trail which was pretty neat. Great terrain and surroundings. Couldn't really tell what the pace was but t felt like an appropriate effort. Good workout wih no stomach problems
