10-8-6-6-6-6 was the format for the big lifts today.
DL - 145-180-200-215-235-250 (4 was all I had)
Squat - 115-135-150-165-175-190
Bench - 75-95-105-115-120-130 (5)
Then did 3 sets of seated lat raise (10 reps of 12 lbs) and shoulder Press (15 lbs)
This was a tough lift! Heavy weights are heavy. Just have to work on maintaining momentum with DL. I worked on going lower on squats and I felt that more. I was happy with the bench - I've made a lot of progress.
