Notes
Got up early today, before my alarm and drove out to Horsetail. V humid outside, felt like a greased pig at the State Fair. Thought about doing the full loop, but I figured better to start backing off. I really want to run well this weekend, have not been this excited to race in a long time. Wish I had gotten up early to run with Adam yesterday, but it is what it is. Another day off won't hurt because I could still feel the soreness of Monday at Acadia today.
