Not really a run, but it was funny so I wanted to log it. Challenged Mike to a 400 after eating 20 wings at Hooters. I was in khaki shorts and barefoot. No warm-up just went (kinda stupid in hindsight). Slowed down to a stop around 200 because Mike bailed and then he hopped back in. So, it was 74 with about 5 seconds of stoppage, 5 seconds of running back and two distinct decelerations. I actually feel like I have leg speed again lol. And I didn't throw up
