Ran to the Armory, then took the kids out through Country Club. Ran with Andrew primarily and bounced back and forth with the girls.
First long run for a lot of people. Claire and Andrew hit an hour (first hour run), Emma and Melina were about 62 minutes, Libby was about 65, and Justice hit double digits.
Proud of everyone who came out. Nobody has done long runs before, so they felt that grind of the trial of miles today. Excited for this week of practice.
