Could not access the Google doc, so wasn't sure of recovery, went with 90 seconds because after the first one I felt like I was just a touch above easy pace. 2nd one was surprisingly quick because I did not feel as though I upped the tempo that much. Third one I was not quite sure where the end point was, so I went all the way to race which was about a block and a half longer than I needed, but I felt good. Hammies felt a bit tight at times, last rep felt like I may have pushed a bit hard, but I was really reluctant to get out of bed this morning, so the end result makes me happy
