Notes

Wanted to test how my back was feeling. This morning it was spasming really badly and it hurt to move at all. It started subsiding around noon, and I was feeling frisky so I thought I would try. I did 3 minutes of threshold and felt decent so thats good. Hoping to hold it together tomorrow.
