Tough day, but a good one today. Had 150 minutes on the docket and as a result of improper planning, it was 150 solo. Forgot to pick up gatorade or anything, so just filled up two water bottles. Ran Baloo for 2 miles, got water. Ran 2.5 to Meadowbrook and grabbed some more. Looped around Yankee and grabbed another sip at the Brook. Ran back to my house, which was about 10.1 total at that point in 73:30. From 60 to 100 minutes, I was out of it, but just plugged along. Ran with my waterbottle for the last 75 minutes and just took pulls every 5 minutes or so. Had a couple side stitches that would come and go, but weren't too overbearing. At 1:45, I threw in the 25 minutes of 3 on, 2 off because 1) it was on the plan this week and 2) I needed something to keep myself engaged. I also feel like it's not a bad thing to know that I can throw in surges 2 hours into a run at this point.

When I hit two hours, I got a nice dopamine boost, but that lasted for about 15 minutes. The last 15 minutes I was starting to feel real fatigue, but focused on running with good form and getting to the end.

I would say this was probably one of, if not the most difficult LR I've done because of the time spent by myself. I'm glad I got the experience solo as that is what the last bit of that marathon is going to feel like (even with crowds), but 21 without any human interaction during the entirety is boring. Physically, I feel good and for that I am happy.

Very good Long Long run!!!!!........I ended up going out for 130 mins........very good mental long run for you.
