Pretty happy with today. Haven't quite done anything like this in a couple years which is why I kept the volume pretty light. Not focused on this mile, just trying to do some sharpening work but keep the real focus on building this LR up and continuing to have good tuesdays. Also, closed in a 32 which was great!
