Notes

Good workout! I decided to bipass doing the 5x4' of last week and just move up to 4x5'. It went pretty well. I got progressively faster throughout the workout, but did not feel like I was putting forth any more effort. First was about 6:20 pace, then 6:15, then 6:10, then 6:05. The only hard part was not meeting nature during one of the last two reps. The last two minutes of the last rep was a pretty big struggle to hold it together, haha. Outside of that though, this went really well. I had much better control of my breathing even though my nose was running the entire time so I kept sniveling. It was very humid out since it rained earlier although the temperature was fairly moderate. I was still soaked when I finished. I am looking forward to being able to do these workouts with people.

We had a very interesting public talk today at work regarding habits (making and breaking). It was very interesting and motivating and since I have no time to run after work the next three days, I will need to use strong motivation to wake up early and get to Takeda to run in the morning.
