Late night, busy day, and a foot that feels a little rough around the edges. No need to push it to hit 50 this week - first week of 2017 :(. However, had a good meet yesterday, one of the best that I have had as a runner. Will get in some miles off and on with people tomorrow (hopefully) and get back into the routine Tuesday. Would like to be around 60-65 mpw per March and bring that LR up to 1:45-1:50. Hopefully life does not get in the way.
